◪ Filtration Principle and Effect

Primary Filtration:Oily wastewater enters the inlet, where the filter basket removes larger debris.

Secondary Filtration: Oil, being less dense than water, floats to the surface. Open the oil discharge valve to remove oil through the outlet. Wastewater flows out from beneath the baffle plate.

Tertiary Filtration: Wastewater undergoes further filtration in the settling tank to remove fine particles.

Fourth Stage:Treated wastewater can be discharged through the outlet into the sewer system.

◎ High-efficiency oil-water separation.

◎ Achieves treated oil content <10ppm or 5ppm as required, with a processing capacity up to 100m³/h.

◎ Mechanical gravity oil-water separator with compact structure, simple interface connections, and minimal footprint.

◎ Typically requires annual inspection of wave plate cleanliness; if dirty, simply clean with a high-pressure water jet.
